With Denplan you normally pay a monthly fee and have all your treatment covered. The only exception to this is where any lab work is necessary. The cost of the laboratory work is paid by the patient. To become a Denplan patient, we normally carry out an assessment to inform you of the fee scale you will join. The normal cost of this is £38. If you wish to join the scheme please contact our reception team and we will organise the rest.

This is an in-house capitation scheme that offers similar benefits to Denplan. For some patients this may be more cost effective. The assessment fee for this is £38.00 and you will then be advised regarding the best way forwards.

NHS treatments are banded into three categories. If you are not exempt from charges, you should pay for each course of treatment you receive.
This covers an examination, x-rays, diagnosis, prevention advice, scale and polish if needed and application of fluoride varnish or fissure sealants.
The NHS charge for Band 1 is £26.80
This covers everything listed in Band 1 above, plus any further treatment such as fillings, root canal treatment and tooth extractions.
The NHS charge for Band 2 is £73.50
This covers everything listed in Bands 1 and 2 above, and any other treatment option which involves laboratory work such as dentures, crowns, bridges.
The NHS charge for Band 3 is £319.10
